It was okay overall, but a bit disappointing. I guess I was expecting more based on how it was presented, so it felt like someone may have made it sound better than it actually was...

My first reaction was, ugh, why is this taking so long? It felt like ages before I heard anything back, and by the time they finally responded, I was already frustrated.

I just got this recently, my first impression wasn’t great. It didn’t look the way I expected from the photos, and in person it comes off kind of cheap. Maybe I’m still reacting to how underwhelming it felt right out of the box, but as of now, I’m disappointed

I ordered a replacement shade from Shade Pro and was surprised by how quickly it arrived. I got the tracking email the next day, and the box showed up in about 4 days, which made it easy to get the replacement handled without much downtime. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the tracking didn’t update much along the way, so I wasn’t totally sure where it was until it arrived. Still, the delivery speed was solid and it did exactly what I needed.

I did get exactly what I ordered and there weren’t any real issues with the item itself. That said, the listing made it seem a little different than what showed up, so I did feel kind of misled at first. Overall it’s fine, just not quite the impression I had going in.

I remember the site being easy to browse, but not much else stood out to me. I was looking for a specific size and color combo, and most of what I saw felt kind of the same. Maybe I missed something, but I don’t remember seeing many choices that fit what I needed. I ended up looking around at other places instead.

I had to reach out for help under the warranty, and it ended up being a smooth experience. They handled it without making it feel like a whole ordeal, which I definitely appreciated.

The box did have a small dent, but everything inside was totally fine. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but overall I’m happy with how reliable the whole process was. A friend had actually recommended them to me, and I’m glad I gave them a try.

I tried using the site, but it was frustrating. Pages were loading slowly, the menus felt all over the place, and it took way too much effort just to find basic product details. By the time I got to checkout, it was confusing enough that I started wondering if something wasn’t right, so I ended up backing out instead of finishing the order.
